This session is designed to inspire coaches to rethink their approaches to designing professional learning, equipping them with the tools and strategies needed to help teacher teams shift from a focus on teaching to a focus on learning, ultimately transforming their practice and enhancing student outcomes. There will be an emphasis on the importance of collaboration among educators and how Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) can foster a culture of continuous improvement.
