The Fall 2024 FIRST Education Instructional Coaching Summit will focus on

Coaching That Impacts Learning.

 

If you are like most coaches, you often find yourself wondering...how do I know that the coaching work I am doing is actually leading to improved learning within classrooms. Stated in other words, "Is my coaching making an impact?" 

​

During this one-day fall Summit, instructional coaches will learn what impact looks like in a coaching role and how to plan for an increased impact across the year. The Summit will launch with a presentation by Danica Lewis discussing the ways that coaching, no matter what your model or approach, can be designed to lead to impact. Diane Sweeney will keynote the summit with an afternoon session that will introduce participants to the "Results-Based Coaching Tool."

 

Breakout sessions at the Summit will focus on success stories from the field and will provide participants with tools, resources, and strategies that have been proven to lead to impact. With recorded access until the end of January, registrants will have plenty of time to catch all of the sessions!
