FIRST was established in 2010 when we recognized the need for more affordable options for professional learning and support in K-12 public and private schools.

Since our inception, we have been fortunate enough to partner with over 2000 school districts throughout the globe. This includes providing districts with in-person professional development, consulting, coaching or schools attending our events throughout the United States.
