Join us for a transformative two-day educational experience in the heart of New Orleans at the PLC and Collective Efficacy Institute, featuring esteemed educators Dr. Jenni Donohoo and Dr. Garth Larson. Dive into the powerful concept of collective efficacy and explore how it is intricately woven into the fabric of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and collaborative processes.
Over the course of this institute, participants will gain a deep understanding of collective efficacy - the shared belief among educators in a school that they have the collective ability to positively impact student outcomes. Through engaging presentations, interactive discussions, and real-world case studies, Dr. Donohoo and Dr. Larson will guide attendees on a journey to discover practical strategies for fostering collective efficacy within their own districts, schools and collaborative teams.
Whether you're an educator, administrator, or educational leader, this institute offers invaluable insights and tools to empower you to cultivate a culture of collaboration, trust, and collective responsibility in your school or district. Don't miss this opportunity to elevate your practice and transform your educational community. Join us in New Orleans for an unforgettable and high impact professional learning opportunity.
