Culturize for School Leaders is not just another conference filled with prescriptions and mandates. Through the lens of Culturize’s four core values, participants will engage in sessions that bring the framework’s transformational pillars of behavior to life.

This workshop will provide the research on clarity, information on what clarity means through multiple perspectives and help them identify how they can more effectively Lead with CLARITY within their districts and buildings when it comes to learning. By the conclusion of this session, district leaders will name their CLARITY challenge and begin creating an action plan to ensure a higher sense of CLARITY within their schools going forward throughout the upcoming school year.
