Providing Feedback to Teachers as a Coach or Mentor

During this session, Coaches and Mentors will learn how feedback can be leveraged to help teachers develop as professionals. Providing feedback as a colleague can be tricky and care must be taken to ensure the feedback is welcome and is aligned to the growth goals of the teacher. This session will show a process that coaches can use to provide feedback that values the expertise and professionalism of the teachers they coach.
