Coaches will reflect on their current coaching strategies, successes, and challenges. Building on those experiences, coaches will consider how they can best plan for success in the coming weeks and months.
Instructional Coaches are critical to the success of our schools, our teachers, our leaders, and our students. The role of the coach is to provide support to teachers as they improve student learning within their classroom. Every teacher deserves a coach...and every coach deserves training and support that is designed especially for them!
​​During this session, coaches will reflect on their current coaching strategies, successes, and challenges. Building on those experiences, coaches will consider how they can best plan for success in the coming weeks and months. Several tools and strategies will be shared with coaches to enable this growth to occur.
 As a result of this session, coaches will have clear next steps and a few tools to make it happen!
