Learner FIRST Center for Observable Impact

Customized Professional Learning

The Center for Observable Impact uses educator-designed and team-tested tools from the PLC 2.0 Toolkit to meet districts and schools where they are at and move them from an INTRODUCTION to the Observable Impact Model, to an INVESTIGATION of how the model fits their context, to the INTEGRATION of the processes of PLC 2.0 in connect their district-wide and school-wide actions to the impact on their classrooms. Districts and schools can choose from a combination of highly practical, hands-on learning experiences including:

Keynotes, Institutes, and Workshops

With multiple keynote speakers, and a menu of breakout sessions to take district-wide or school-wide groups from theory to action to IMPACT with PLC 2.0 and the Observable Impact Model, our team will help your team use the tools and protocols of the PLC 2.0 Toolkit. We can help build the capacity of district, school and team leaders to model the collaborative processes of the ObservableImpact model and move from ‘meeting for the sake of meeting’ to ‘meeting to connect our actions to impact’.

On-site or Virtual Coaching

Through virtual or on-site coaching, we will ‘get in the trenches’ with individual leaders and collaborative teams to build context-based capacity in real time with real people and real instructional challenges that matter to leaders and educators. Our team can provide immediate feedback and instant support as different needs and challenges arise for leaders and teams.
