Diving into the world of math coaching has unique challenges and
obstacles... it can be a bit overwhelming as you are navigating grade level content and instructional pedagogy.  In this session, participants will learn tips and ideas for making the leap from classroom teaching to being a math coach a little less intimidating. Amanda and Jackie will guide participants through the components of a student-centered math coaching model, and share how coaching goals have a direct and intentional link to student achievement. Our time together will end with an opportunity to collaborate and connect with the other math coaches in the session.
