The D&TA Retreat: Facilitator Focus 1.0
April 12, 19, and 26, 2023
As leaders and educators at all levels we are “asked” to engage in data collection and submission with minimal time, direction and feedback. While we are working hard we often struggle to make sense of the data which leaves us feeling frustrated and helpless in our classrooms, PLCs, and offices.
If this sounds like conversations with colleagues and team members, it’s time to break this exhausting cycle that erodes our school culture, morale, and employee retention. Check out our learning series: The D&TA Retreat: Facilitator Focus 1.0 with master facilitator Christie Dugan.
